On June 1st 20/20 Communications will be moving to a new email server with enhanced abilities and security. This will require some customers to change there email settings. Please review our email support page for information on how to configure your email client to use the new server. Email customers who use only webmail will not need to change any settings.
All 20/20 Communication email services will be offline starting at noon on Saturday, May 31st until noon on Sunday, June 1st.

Cellular Phone Support
20/20 Communications has a full service technical facility located at 3069 Carpenter Rd. For more information, call our Carpenter Rd. location at 734-327-5400. This facility is a authorized repair service center for Verizon Wireless and Sprint / Nextel.
Loaner phones are also available to 20/20 cellular customers at any of our retail locations.
