Outlook 2000 & 2002
Note: Microsoft has dropped support for Outlook 2000 as of June 30th 2004.
Note: Microsoft has dropped support for Outlook 2002 as of July 11th, 2006.
20/20 Communications recommends Micrsoft Outlook 2007 for users of these versions.
To set up your Outlook client to work with 20/20 Communications' mail server :
- Open Outlook.
- Click the Tools menu, and select Accounts...
- Click Add, and then click Mail...

- Enter your name in the Display name: field, and click Next.
- Enter your full email address (youremailaddress@yourdomain) in the Email address: field, and click Next.
- Enter mail.2020comm.net in the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server: field.
Enter smtp.2020comm.net in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: field.
- Click Next.
- Enter your email address in the Account name: field. Enter your password in the Password: field, and click Next.

- Click Finish.
- Highlight mail.2020comm.net under Account, and click Properties.
- Click the Servers tab, and check the box next to My server requires authentication.
- Click OK.
Congratulations! You're done configuring your client to send and retrieve email messages.
